Week Two Results / Week Three Fixtures

Week Two has claimed another 94 victims, with our field shrinking from 362 hopefuls to just 268 survivors.

And the main culprits this time? Newcastle.

Yes, the Magpies have managed to send a sizeable chunk of the competition packing. Plenty of optimism, plenty of faith, and absolutely no reward for those who trusted the Toon to get the job done.

At least Newcastle fans will be used to the disappointment!

After just two weeks, we've now lost 494 of our original 762 entrants. That's almost 65% of the field gone, and we're only just getting started.

For the lucky 268 still standing, congratulations! For everyone else, thanks for playing — and remember, it's the hope that kills you. Quite literally in this competition.

Week One Results / Week Two Fixtures

Everyone loves a bit of Killer Carnage, right? Well, I guess not 400 of you! As the weekend draws to a close with Man Utd scraping a point against Fulham, 362 players can breathe a sigh of relief and take a few weeks' break until Week Two. And what a first week it was. The biggest damage came courtesy of Nottingham Forest, with a whopping 241 players putting their faith in them against Coventry. A 1–0 defeat later and more than a third of the entire field had disappeared in one fell swoop. They weren't the only ones to fall, either. By the end of the weekend, 400 players had been eliminated, leaving just 362 survivors from the starting field of 762. For those still standing, it's now time for the internationals, where teams can regroup, lick their wounds and prepare for the next load of games. Week Two will begin with 362 players — less than half of the field we started with! The updated file can be found here: Killer-G4R2 I'll send some reminders in early October, but ...

Week Two Results / Week Three Fixtures

99 players go out this weekend, but it was nearly so much more - Chelsea coming from 2-0 down at HT to win 3-2 saving 147, and the 87 on Man Utd must have been panicking when Fulham levelled to 2-2 in the 90+1, before Sesko scored the winner on 90+4. That's 301 through to week three, with another 52 awaiting the outcome of tonight's match.  The file with picks and payments can be found here:   PremKiller G3R1 Fixtures: Gameweek Three - Deadline 4pm Friday 6th Feb:  https://forms.gle/2GeTKa4ER6gpsskDA Regards, Ralph Blog:  https://premkiller.blogspot.com/ Facebook:  http://www.facebook.com/ PremiershipKiller Twitter / X:  https://twitter.com/ ThePremKiller Whatsapp:  https://whatsapp.com/channel/ 0029VaEJRdu5Ui2QSy0JKu2e

*** Noon Update: A few of the players got their payments in this morning, and a few more jumped on the bandwagon knowing they'd get City (but losing their lifeline).  Pot is now locked in at £3585 Well - tonight has been a bit of a nightmare.  Multiple players have reached out that their banking apps have been down and they've been unable to pay.  I am therefore giving a bit of grace to get any remaining payments in - noon Saturday .  Worst case you can pay via paypal here:  https://www.paypal.me/ premkiller/5/ So, with that, we have a confirmed pot of (minimum)  £3530. I've updated all paid & picked onto the new file which can be found here:  PremKiller G3R1 Good Luck!
