FPL 2026/27 - West Yorkshire Premier

If you're interested in fantasy football, one of our regulars runs a decent game with over 350 players last season, and some frequent pay-outs throughout the year.  It's £20 entry and has some canny prize pots.  See below for details, and reach out to Tom for more info.

Prizes (Last year): Top 15 overall league position, Top 3 managers of the month (x10 months), Top 3 on Christmas Day, Various Cup Payouts from Last 16, Quarters, Semis, Finalist and Winner.

 

Its £20 per team for the season. We currently have 215 players (as of 08/08/2026) in the league and hoping to get it over 300 if possible to build them prize pots and maybe get enough players to generate more prizes.

Almost half of all remaining players went out this week - and it was sooo nearly a lot more!  262 out, 279 remain as we go into the international break. A quick reminder that players only have one auto-pick, and a second non-selection will result in going out.  As always, my top tip is pick a team once you get this notification, and you can always change before the 4pm Friday deadline if you have a change of heart.  That's better than missing out altogether. Week Two Results / Week Three Fixtures

99 players go out this weekend, but it was nearly so much more - Chelsea coming from 2-0 down at HT to win 3-2 saving 147, and the 87 on Man Utd must have been panicking when Fulham levelled to 2-2 in the 90+1, before Sesko scored the winner on 90+4. Week One Results / Week Two Fixtures

Well that's been a stressful few days, but the file is now all reconciled with payments and I can confirm we have a prize pot of £3560* (with £60 in pre-payments for the next game(s) - players marked in orange). That meant we started with 712 players, however after week one, it's already down by 103 to 609 remaining. The deadlines are thick and fast over the next fortnight, so if in doubt, pick now and you can re-pick later (before deadline) if you change your mind.
