Week Two Selections

Afternoon everyone!

First up... a correction.  Last week I incorrectly used the old rule to assign the non-pickers - via first alphabetical team not used (AFC Bournemouth).  It hadn't dawned on me that I changed the rule last year, and it should have been the most popular pick (Spurs).  That means that we have 6 players re-added to the game.  As I only realised this an hour before todays deadline, I've tried reaching out to them all, but chances are they just assumed out and might not have seen the email.  If no pick this week, I have reset their 'life' and hopefully they'll see this to be back in next week.  Apologies about that!

Moving on to this weeks fixtures, the top pick by far is Arsenal.  No-one has dared go for either team in the what is surely going to be a fiery 'Isak derby' on Monday.

31 players didn't pick, so are now on 'no lives' and allocated Arsenal.

Week One Selections

Evening everyone!  'Welcome back' to our returning players, and 'hello there' to all the newbies.  We've 677 players for this round, which means a prize pot of £3415* * Update: some players appear to have selected “pay on x day” via their bank. The money has appeared this morning, post-dated Monday. I've added them, but will not be as lenient in future :) Arsenal is this weeks top pick - of which eight people have been allocated.  Remember, I'll allocate you for one gameweek if you miss a pick (most popular pick for the week), but a second miss and it will result in an automatic elimination from the game.  The fixtures for the next four gameweeks are below - pick now, and if you wish to change, you can do so up until the deadline. Week Two Results / Week Three Fixtures

Another 107 go out in week two, leaving 541 moving forward to week three, before we face the first international break. A quick reminder that players only have one auto-pick, and a second non-selection will result in going out.  As always, my top tip is pick a team once you get this notification, and you can always change before the 4pm Friday deadline if you have a change of heart.  That's better than missing out altogether.
