Wow - what a weekend! We lost 43 players, leaving 226 to progress to week 5. We've a couple of weeks off to recover with the internationals and FA Cup Quarter Finals, before resuming on 1st April.  Top tip: Pick now and change later, rather than missing out.  Some players already used their one life, and a second non-selection results in a loss. Third placed Forest are top pick this week.  We've a week or so off after this too, due to internationals, so might be Tuesday before I get the mail out (plus will be travelling back up from Wembley on Monday). Only a handful of fallers this week, as the big picks of Liverpool, Chelsea and Palace all won.  One player awaits on the Toon tonight. It's a reduced gameweek due to the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.
